優點：
1.比較靠近海邊
2.房間採光好，遮光簾能完全遮光
3.一樓帶廚房，方便煮東西吃
4.距離大鵬所城的市場比較近
缺點：
1.標註為海景房，但與海邊隔着另一間民宿，正對海景房落地窗時基本被擋着，衹有躺在床上望才大部分望到海
2.隔音較差，還好深夜周邊沒什麼人唱歌
3.距離停車場有點遠
建議：
1.提前告知大鵬區限行預約的情況

很好，環境很好，很乾凈，先前訂了一家別的店（領海小築）又臟又臭，然後改訂了這家，前台阿姨人很好，價格很便宜還包含早餐，去哪都很方便一出去就是海，走兩步就是小酒吧，燒烤，下次還會去，一樓客廳還有廚房呢！

Point + : Très bon accueil. La chambre était très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bien servi. Il est situé juste à côté de la plage et de nombreux restos.
Point - : il est situé juste à coté d’un bar/resto qui diffuse de la musique toute la journée (les boum boum des basses s’entendent bien dans la chambre).

位置很好，價格合理。最主要是老闆娘人很好！！！！ 因為我們是帶着貓出去玩，所以有很多民宿不讓，但是老闆娘讓我們帶着我們的貓貓還不額外收費。（旁邊有一個民宿知道我們帶貓還要而外收費，而且前台態度不好所以我們才換到這家）
加上床睡的是真的舒服（其中一個床墊是kingkoil！）而且老闆娘每個房間都放了電卡！出門回來還有空調是真的快樂尤其這麼熱的天氣
三樓的麻將桌也免費讓我們玩！而且一樓還能煮飯，畢竟景區裏的餐廳又坑錢又不好吃所以有個民宿能買海鮮然後自己煮真的很省錢！
老闆娘人真的特別好特別善解人意，因為我們住三樓且沒有電梯加上我們行李特別多又懶的搬上去，老闆娘就讓我們放到一樓

民宿離海邊非常近，出門就是沙灘，老闆非常客氣人非常好，民宿允許攜帶寵物，早餐也很美味，下次帶小狗來海邊玩還會住這裏
