位置在文和友隔籬，過一條馬路就能到商場及東門老街。不過衞生情況清潔呀姨沒有打掃得很乾淨，電視櫃下可見的灰塵，中間開櫃子有一個小樟榔，基本抱枕都不太敢碰。洗手間的馬桶一開始入住已經有一股尿味，不知道是滲漏還是沒擦好地板。浴缸有頭髮，但有提供一次性膠袋。但業主很好，退房前有事耽誤了晚個10分鐘也ok。

房間設備都好漂亮，真的很喜歡。不過不知道是不是我們不會弄還是怎樣廁所的抽氣系統不是很能抽氣，弄到廁所一直都有点臭臭的，廁所衝廁水壓也有點太小。除了這兩樣其他都挺好的。

間房夠大，無塵，無異味，配套都齊。位置唔難搵，附近好多宵夜，一落樓就係，同埋好近老街，大廈入口隔離都有間士多。張床都幾好瞓，如果個插頭多個USB位就好。
