I'm sorry, but I left this apartment after having been there for one hour or so, and I asked for a refund from trip.com, which they offered.
There were many stains on the wall, the room smelled musky and even though it says it has a balcony, it absolutely does not, and it was not possible to air the room properly, so that I could get the smell out of the room.
Furthermore, it's very far away from the lively Shenzhen, and so if you're using public transport, I definitely will not recommend this.
Even finding the apartment was a hassle, as the owner will not meet you and there is no staff. I had to communicate with her over wechat and ask other Chinese people around to help me translate what she was saying.
Very disappointing and disingenuous host.

This hotel is within 5 minutes from Shenzhen North Station, very close to Hongshan subway station. It's my first time staying here. The room is clean and hygienic. The bedding is made of pure cotton and feels very comfortable, silky and new. The furniture and appliances in the room are also new. The layout is very warm. It is the duplex LOFT style I like. My family and I like it very much. The price is affordable, there is a parking lot, and the landlord is very nice and patient. I will come again.
