Hotel is about 8 mins walk to the nearest subway MTR, really convenient. Room was very decent size, thanks to the check in staff who was polite and upgraded us. Bathroom is equipped with the electric powered toilet and there was no cigarette smell in the room, which is fantastic.

Everything is clean.
Also sound proof.
English friendly. All items got english stickered.
But you need to deposit 900 yuan even you booked and paid in trip.com.
( hope i get the 900 yuan back )

We booked the “luxury apartment” expecting something like a suite, although it was more like a studio. Note: although the website says it can sleep 4, there was only one bed and the hotel does NOT provide additional cots or roll away beds, only baby cribs. My child had to sleep on the couch. Otherwise, room was well appointed, clean, and location is in a quiet neighborhood near Shenzhen University station, which is fairly convenient for getting to msjor attractions in the city.

Super last minute booking for our wedding anniversary and luckily the booking was smooth. Arrived at the hotel to check in and we were immediately allowed to enter our room. There room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel also spoiled us with various tea and coffee options plus welcome fruits for as a small gift for our wedding anniversary. Another thing worth mentioning is that room service was extremely fast. We ordered ice cubes, twice, and both times arrived in less than 5 minutes. There was some point at time in the evening where we smelled people smoking, probably from next door. Other than, everything was perfect and definitely will return.

Quiet location, we were welcomed with a lovely smelling reception area. Staff were very welcoming and the room was clean and had many charging options.

Great value. Gym is in a separate tower which requires charging elevators at the lobby, and is only open during office hours.
