Very beautiful architectural design is very unique. It makes people feel relaxed and pleasant. The service of the hotel. Staff is very thoughtful. My requirements can be a timely response service which can be called. Silky has left a very good impression on us the hotel room great protecting the privacy of guests. It is very comfortable and reassuring. It is worth recommending to come to this hotel again on the next business trip. It is very very good great great great great.

Hotel's location, reception, and price are good. If you come to Shenzhen for business trip you can stay this hotel. Especially technology market is 10 minutes by walk. Also COCO and bar street isn't so far from there, just three stations. But there is only one disadvantage single room doesn't have a window and room is dark.

The room we stayed in, the bathroom smell of urine when we arrived. The shower floor very slippery, good they give you the sandals. The staff during check-in was okay and friendly. However, during checkout, it became a very rude and bad attitude. We don't know what's the reason was, she just gives us a very, very nasty attitude. Leave us very sour taste stayed in this hotel. Won't referred to this hotel.
Other than that, around the hotel has so many restaurants too and near to metro station.
