I highly recommend you guys to stay in this hotel. The location is good. i walked to this hotel from Man Kam To control point for around 15 minutes.
The bed was massive and the pillow was soft and comfy. The room is clean and spacious.

The front desk was helpful, although there was some misunderstanding at check in, the problem was quickly resolved with help from Trip.com. I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

1. On the first day, I found a mouthwash cup with stains as shown in the picture. It was left upside down on the sink and was not cleaned even after two days of continued cleaning. I believe it will still look like this until after check-out and cleaning.
2. After cleaning and replenishing the mineral water for two consecutive days, I found that the bottle had been opened and a small amount of mineral water had been drunk (I am sure it was not drunk by me and was newly replenished), which inevitably made me worried.

The hotel is very new and the front desk service is also very good. The flight was delayed and check-in was already early the next morning. They took the initiative to ask if we could delay check-out, which was very heartwarming. It is a 10-minute drive from Luohu Port, which is very convenient.
