We were contented with the hotel room and service provided by the staff, especially that Steven was nice and helpful, he could recall our room no. during breakfast, plus thanks for his suggestion on the tour spots. Room was exceptionally new and tidy. I love the bath tub and shower room. Free beverages with stuff were provided. Pleasant stay, will come again.

The location is not too far from the Louhu border crossing with HK. But at a quieter side of the location. Room is ok. But the ventilation is all linked and the smoking smell is terrible when other room started smoking. For sensitive non smoker like me. Please take note. Thanks and good luck to all. One plus point: there's a free laundromat.

I was very satisfied with the Ctrip accommodation I chose for this trip! The front desk staff was very nice, the location was great, and it was very convenient to go to Hong Kong. The room was clean and tidy, with all the facilities, comfortable bedding, and the water heater heated up in one second, making the shower very comfortable. The service was even more considerate, and the front desk was warm and thoughtful. I highly recommend it!

Good location, SEG market just cross the road. walking distance to metro Huaqiang South station & Huaqiang Road station. From airport direct train . Room spacious, comfy, clean. Wifi fast. Completed with all amenities. Staff are friendly & helpful. Most important thing, near to halal restaurant. Just Infront of the hotel. Easier for the Muslims.

My overall experience was okay at best. The location was very difficult to find as the listed address lead us to the wrong place, we had to spend extra to get a taxi to the actual location after we clarified with the reception. The room itself was very nice with a very good view and we slept very well. The hot water tank was not so nice where it ran out of hot water in about 5 minutes of showering.

After checking in into the hotel we went straight to our rooms. But when we opened the door there was a strong cigarette smell, and it was a non-smoking room. We had to air the room for a few minutes to get rid of the scent. Otherwise the entire stay at this hotel was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The service was really good loved the young girl who helped us out as we were not happy with the first room that they gave us since we opted for the executive suite but we were given the basic loft. The hygiene was not really acceptable, as the bins had smoking marks, the room smelled a bit of old cigarette smell. The Aircon was really dusty. The toilet was not really well clean. I basically had to wipe down the bathroom. We did ask them to tidy up the room for the second day however, the bed was made. Overall the location was good accessible to many shops and restaurants.

Nice and comfortable hotel, very close to the Shenzhen Bo'an Airport. Amazing staff and shuttle service. From the shuttle bus driver, the receptionists and the other staffs, every was very helpful. I recommend to this hotel if you're traveling to Shenzhen or connecting a flight there.

This is a warning to all other people staying at this hotel, my luggage which has 2 locks and metal sides was pried and one of the lock no longer works. I do not know if they managed to pry it open or just one side was pried but 1 of the locks is completely not working. It is lucky that i brought my valuables out of the hotel instead of locking it in my luggage. I did not raise an issue with the staff because i was shopping and returned to the hotel late and had to go to the airport. Nothing was missing except that the lock was damaged. If the hotel wishes to investigate this incident after my review, the room i stayed in was 5006 and i checked out at around 12:30am 20th July. The room is dated but overall it is clean, best thing about this hotel is that it is very near to the electronic malls. The breakfast is okay, Toilet is ok and the AC is not that cooling but it might be because the weather is hot.
