I really loved the decor style of this hotel; it's modern and minimalist. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and very clean. The staff were warm and courteous, and the location is super convenient. I also enjoyed the hotel's buffet dinner in the evening; there was a wide variety of dishes, and they even had a singer performing, which created a great atmosphere. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to my friends.

This Hotel is awesome! Just 20mins ride from Airport. The service is top notch, hotel staffs are professional and friendly. They gave me a free upgrade for my 2 nights stay and take the initiative to offer me late check out as my flight is at 10:30pm. The bed is really comfortable, bathtub is huge! Their room service staff is awesome and very efficient Order ******* and the robot will deliver your stuff! 🤩 Super convenient! I will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experienced!

The room was clean and hygienic. We brought our dog this time, and after communicating with the butler in advance, they set up a cozy bed, water bowl, and a potty area for the dog, which she particularly loved. Check-in was very smooth, and I also booked rooms for my family, making it perfect for a family stay. The staff were polite and professional, especially Jimmy, Fairy, Vicky, and Neva~

I opted for the Eaton Suite and absolutely loved its modern decor. The bedding, as always, was incredibly comfortable. There's a small shopping mall and restaurants right next door. The area isn't crowded, making it perfect for strolls, and the surroundings are very pleasant. Both the front desk staff and Ms. Xu Xiaoxia at Cai Feng Lou provided excellent service. Cai Feng Lou's Cantonese buffet is definitely worth a try. I felt like I was constantly being spoiled with food, perhaps a perk of staying in the Eaton Suite. The swimming pool was just average and not very suitable for children; it was quite deep and often had many people taking lessons. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My only complaint was that while eating a shrimp cake, I bit into an unexpected piece of shell and chipped my tooth. The fact that the server didn't even offer an apology after I reported it was truly unacceptable. Overall, I would still give this hotel a five-star rating.

Great service 05 They helped me to order the food at night when we were really tired and hungry. The receptionist came to our room and ordered for us. And helped again in the afternoon. Moreover, they helped to order the medicines from drug store, my husband was sick. Also, the room itself is really lovely, the design, and arrangements. It was clean and cozy. Everything was in two languages Chinese and English - really convenient. Lastly, I liked that here you can check out before 2pm not 12:00 as in other hotels. Overall, customer service is excellent. If you are travelling to Shenzhen and don’t know Chinese better choose good review hotels which would help you.

This hotel has a great location, convenient transportation, and many delicious foods nearby. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The breakfast dishes are quite rich, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the price-performance ratio is super high. I will stay here again next time!

I initially booked one night and had such a great stay that I extended for another three days. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The entire hotel was also exceptionally clean and new. The hotel's location is very close to the airport and also quite near Guangzhou; a Didi ride takes about an hour and a half to reach Shangxiajiu Street, avoiding the crowded high-speed rail station. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Shenzhen's CBD area, a taxi ride typically takes 40 minutes. So, it might not be ideal for those looking to sightsee. However, I would still recommend it because it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in!

Facilities: The five-star facilities were top-notch, and the service was equally excellent. Cleanliness: Everything was exceptionally clean, especially the bathrooms, which were pristine and felt very fresh. Environment: The ambiance was simply wonderful, as you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The panoramic views from the high floor were absolutely breathtaking and really made the experience special.

They had good service , the hotel room was very clean & had no smell. Reception and the other staff could not speak English nor understand my requests , but after showing them sample of getting an extra blanket because it was cold , the request was resolved quickly, they where really friendly and was happy to help.

The absolute highlight of my recent stay at Jianguo Puxin Hotel was discovering their free intangible cultural heritage mother-of-pearl inlay craft experience. The activity was incredibly well-organized and thoughtfully planned. The heritage craft master provided a fascinating introduction to the history and cultural background of mother-of-pearl inlay, explaining how those shimmering, iridescent patterns are meticulously polished and inlaid piece by piece from natural shells. When we got to try it ourselves, the instructor patiently guided us through every step, from design to attaching the pieces. It seemed simple, but required extreme care and patience. When I finally completed my own 'mother-of-pearl brooch,' the sense of accomplishment was immense! It wasn't just a craft piece, but a testament to a dialogue with tradition. 🏨 Hotel Service: I must commend the hotel's brilliant idea! Integrating such a profound intangible cultural heritage into the guest experience truly showcases the brand's cultural depth and humanistic care. The hotel's ambiance, as always, embodies a 'Zen-inspired' secluded style, which perfectly complements the elegance of the mother-of-pearl inlay activity. Both the front desk and activity staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They also prepared an abundant tea break, featuring fruits, beverages, jellies, pastries, and a variety of popular trendy snacks. The hotel's environment is excellent, featuring a New Chinese style that feels upscale yet understated. Rooms are equipped with bottled water and tea bags. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room, and staff even offer complimentary laundry service. Being very close to the exhibition center, it's incredibly convenient for exhibitors. Overall, excellent value for money.
