Hotels in Bao'an Central District and Qianhai, Shenzhen

Much better this time! The noise and smoke smell from our previous visit were greatly improved! We enjoyed the location and service as always. Will definitely stay again, maybe in a few days we will go again!

The hotel building and the room match the expectations, no issues there. However the shuttle from the airport for a traveller from Europe, not speaking Chinese and not having the Chinese phone number is a nightmare. I contacted the hotel through Trip.com channel in advance, asking for the shuttle from the airport, I provided, flight information, date, number of people. But I received answer that I needed to contact the hotel (again) when I already landed in the Shenzen Airport. So, when I arrived to the Shenzen Airport I tried to contact the hotel via messaging via Trip.com, then I also called the hotel using the call the object option at the Trip.com - but a person who picked up the phone did not speak English. I tried to call them directly from my European phone number - nobody answered the phone. Eventually, - it was midnight - we asked for help a help desk at the airport - they arranged a regular taxi for us - good that we could pay in advance so we avoided a taxi scam. At the hotel, they refused to refund the cost of the taxi saying that they did not understand English . the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was OK, on time. Advice - do not book there unless you speak Chinese.

Superb good hotel with very reasonable price. Room condition is Very clean and New. Robot is serving with convenience. Washing machines and dryers are available for free. Breakfast is very tasty and worth the value. Night market is just 5 mins walk, Metro station is just 10 mins walk away. Except for the bad attitude of the ladies at the front desk, the hotel is highly recommended! The location is convenient, the environment is very good, the rooms are good, and the design is relatively young! In addition, from 2024 to December, there is a construction site next door to the hotel, and it will be noisy after 8 o'clock in the morning, so you need to bring earplugs and go to bed early.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room is big and very clean. The staff was super friendly, and there wasn't any problem with foreign guests. The Wifi was good. The location was very convenient for me. I would come again anytime.

Excellent stay and service. Friendly front desk and helpful. Laundry was convenient and easy to use housekeeping was great and room was very spacious and comfortable great deal for the price. The community outside offers lots of food shopping and exploring

The hotel is newly opened, in a residential area, the view outside the window is so-so, the highest floor seems to be only 12th floor. It is at most 5 minutes away from the subway station, there is a street nearby with many restaurants, and it is quite nice in all aspects. The breakfast variety is OK, much better than the general business chain. I stayed for two nights during the Chinese New Year, and it felt like many Hong Kong compatriots were staying there. The hotel was very considerate to upgrade the room type, there is a large space, a table is placed, and it is more spacious to put the suitcases and other things there.

It's so cool to control the whole house with Tmall Genie! It's so cool to watch movies with the projector directly on the whole wall. It's the first time I've seen a hotel with a full sense of technology! The room is also very clean, the location is very good, close to the subway entrance, and there is Haiya Colorful City nearby. The male receptionist is polite but not very enthusiastic, and the female receptionist has good service.

The service at the front desk and the room service are very good. There is a bus stop just a few minutes away, so it is easy to get a taxi. They also gave me a free breakfast. The hygiene is also very good. It is worth it.
