Let me talk about the shortcomings first. The hotel can delay the departure of 14:00 for free for guests. It was originally a good thing. But because of poor management, the cleaning time was very slow, so that the guests who were originally going to the hotel waited for 2 hours! It was a waste of my time. I just saw that the hotel can stay at 14:00 and my family of 6 people is ready to go to the hotel to check in! When I arrived at the hotel, I expected the waiter to say that the whole of the 3 rooms was not arranged, and I said that I had to wait for an hour. I understood that sometimes it was not necessarily that I could stay on time. I sat in the lobby with the elderly and children and waited for the check-in. At three o'clock, the formation was still not ready to go to a room, not even a room. After that, I asked the staff to wait for about a few minutes, and they said that they had to wait for about 10 minutes. I asked the family to sit in the lobby for all of them. I waited until 3:30 and another room was full. It was really off the sun spectrum. I have not tried it. I finally can't bear to live with the waiter theory. I have to go to the difference of 4:00 to have two rooms first, and the last one has to wait for more than half an hour. My family will be in the lobby and wait for2.5 hours to stay. I think if you really don't care for many guests, choose one of them. If you want to check out late at 2:00, don't let customers enter at 2:00. It's really too much to make guests who have passed the punctuality wait for two more hours! In fact, the rooms are good and the facilities are very new, but this experience has disappointed me very much. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is good, the room is as in the photo, very stylish and fresh 👍🏻 clean, there are several specialty restaurants nearby, the location is easy to find, not bad! But the room arrangement could be better. We booked two rooms, and were finally assigned to the 3rd and 5th floors. It was inconvenient for our family of five to take care of the children. The front desk said there were no rooms. Well, that was nothing we could do. But the attitude could have been more sincere, instead of just saying no and letting it go. So I didn't feel very good when I checked in. It was other hardware and the friendliness of the waiters that made up for it. Otherwise, I might have given a bad review on the service.

The hotel has an elegant environment, attentive service, complete facilities, and is very clean. It offers a first-class experience, highly recommended, and I will definitely come back next time.
