This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's environment is elegant. The room was spacious and bright, with complete and brand-new facilities. The staff were warm and friendly. Service was professional and efficient; both check-in and check-out were very quick. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation nearby. This is the second time in this hotel. The location is very good next to a mall. I recommend that you add them through wechat, 005前台 front service is quick to respond and helpful. I appreciated the lovely lady that takes care of cleaning the 4th floor. As the corridor is narrow and with carpet, it is a bit hard to move the luggages. She helped moving around one of my luggage, thank you 客房张女士. Unfortunately, we are next to a parking and the window is opened when you enter, so there is a lot of noise. I managed to close the window in a way that it was way less noisy than first time here :) there are robots that can delivered to your room it's fun to see them going around and taking elevators. In the hall you can have a drink, so it is very welcoming. I wish they gave me a second card key for electricity, they forgot and if you do not let a card in the room, the room is hot if the air conditioning is not going on. I wish there were a fridge to have fresh drinks. To finish, I did not have the time to enjoy the laundry installation but you can wash and dry your clothes for free. Very convenient :) I might come back!

The cleanliness is incredibly reliable; housekeeping meticulously cleans every day, bed linens are changed promptly, and there's no water residue or strange odors in the bathroom. The facilities are super convenient; Wi-Fi is stable and fast, there's a large capacity refrigerator for my late-night work meals, and a microwave and kettle are always available. I could even borrow a power strip. The environment is quiet and peaceful; the room has excellent soundproofing, so I wasn't disturbed even when working late into the night. The window offers an expansive view, allowing me to relax my eyes when I'm tired, and good ventilation helps alleviate work fatigue. The front desk service is incredibly warm; knowing I was working late, they specifically asked housekeeping to clean later in the morning, helped me collect food deliveries and packages, provided complimentary tea bags, and even printed some documents I needed for work. They made working late feel a lot less grueling.
