When booking a room, I asked the store if it was accessible for wheelchair guests. No reply. It turned out that I had to go up 4 steps to get to the elevator! We had to work together to lift the wheelchair every time we came in and out. The store was completely unapologetic and unhelpful. Secondly, when we checked in, we reminded the counter that we had booked a 1.8-meter bed. It turned out that the bed in the room was a 1.5-meter bed. Because the wheelchair was inconvenient, we did not ask for a replacement😤
