I have to give a huge shout-out to The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen! My stay here was absolutely perfect, a truly luxurious experience from the moment I stepped into the lobby.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Futian CBD, next to Ping An Finance Centre, offering amazing views!
The room facilities were impeccable. The bedding was so comfortable I never wanted to get out of bed, and the bathroom came with a standard large bathtub. The attention to detail and quality was superb. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive; the attendant even neatly organized my skincare products while cleaning, which was a very thoughtful touch.
What truly deserves the most praise is the service team! From the front desk to the concierge, everyone proactively offered assistance. They were incredibly thoughtful and warm.
Whether it's for business or leisure, this hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Shenzhen.
