床上有蟲子，疑似蟑螂；換了一間房後窗簾是壞的，空調也是壞的，稀爛！早餐説是7：00-9：00，我去的時候7：40就衹有饅頭和小米粥，後面去的連粥和饅頭都沒有了，扣扣搜搜的，而且碗都是臟的；反正仔細看都很臟

房間裝修是可以的，就是衞生太差了，是我出遊多次住過最臟的房間，到處都是蜘蛛網和污漬。其次是沒有服務意識，不管是前台還是服務員，還能出現一大早沒起床房門被打開的情況，此次入住是看中了網上的評價挺好的去的，真心很失望

很不好的一次體驗，99訂的房間，上廁所時候廁所屋頂漏臟水，屋裡到處都是蟲子。睡覺時候被螞蟻咬了兩口。疼了一晚上。給前台反饋，一句道歉沒有，嬉皮笑臉的話要麼退房，要麼換一間。，我花錢住宿，看你商家的臉嗎。氣的我打電話投訴，到現在都沒有解決，有住宿的朋友趕緊避坑。社旗景旗假日酒店和韻河大酒店都比這家好太多。
