宿としての仕組みが空回りしているので、それを少し書き込んでおきます。刺青の人と温泉で一緒になりました。刺青OKの宿なら宿泊しなかったと思います。気分的にゆっくりと温泉に浸かれなかったのでそこが残念です。それと支払いやオーダーでスマホ対応をしていますが、飲み物の注文がスマホ対応で、定員さんとのコミュニケーションが少なくて、ちょっとがっかりしました。それを味噌汁のお代わりをオーダーしましたが、最後まで来ませんでした。朝ごはんではヨーグルトのソースが席のテーブルに置かれておらず、飲み物コーナーの場所に置かれていて、帰り際に見つけました。あと、スマホで支払を済ませましたが、カギを返しに行った折に領収書を出さずに「はい、結構です」と言われ、ちょっと宿の姿勢にびっくりしました。多々、改善点は多いように思います。宿側のためにスマホ対応で人件費削減をしているでしょうが、お客が何を求めているかが抜けているように思います。サービスを求めて、温泉宿に泊まります。次に泊まる人のために改善をお願いします。
