訂了兩間房 智能小寶是千呼萬喚不應聲 燈光控制系統不合適 不是全暗就是亮得無法入睡 晚班的房間服務員沉着個臉更是百個不願服務的情緒 先是説我們喚小寶方法不對 她自己也喚了無果後又説智能的東西就是這樣的 不行就用手動操作 請幫忙長者家調一下電視節目 又説就是這些全新聞的沒有其它的 睡覺時拉開被子 床單上的情景見下圖 枕頭和被子全是很重的煙味 我們自己帶了一次性床上用品均蓋不住這味道
前台服務員死沉沉的 問一句答一句 這𥦬口服務還不如晚飯時歺廳裏那位年長的搬桌子的老阿姨 早歺時那位年長的阿姨也很熱情的

到石城才知道鋼琴酒店，因為名字而選擇入住。酒店服務一般，遇上雨天，前台借傘非要交個按金，最後把房卡押前台給借的。

這個鋼琴酒店，直接被它的智能語音客控圈粉！説句話就能開關燈、調節空調温度，大半夜不用摸黑找開關，簡直是怕麻煩星人的福音！窗簾也能語音控制，早上伴着陽光自然醒，超愜意。

床上有不明污漬（是不是上個住客留下的戰鬥痕跡？）。被套上還有血污點，沒有洗乾淨。沖涼房密封差，水流洗手間滿地。退房時還被無緣無故扣13元，説是我喝了礦泉水與紅牛，必須打電話據理力爭要求她退款！
