石城不錯，酒店不錯，衞生差點意思。
酒店在培訓客房人員的時候，特別是打掃衞生的時候還是要多加觀察和注意細節。這麼好的酒店床頭靠牆發現很多黏黏的東西，被單也發現有很多塊，幹掉的紅色污漬，不過酒店反應迅速，處理的挺好。

房間很好温馨，特別是哪裡温泉，剛到那兒，就被它的環境給驚艷到了。那池子周圍都是鬱鬱葱葱的綠植，就像在一個天然的大氧吧裏泡温泉一樣，空氣裏都是清新的味道。而且每個池子的設計都很有特色，有那種圓嘟嘟像小池塘一樣的，還有彎彎繞繞像小河流似的，特別有趣。

酒店位置好，前面廣場的夜景噴泉非常壯觀！去城裡吃飯也衹有十幾分鍾車程。房間很大，陽台泡茶非常愜意！設施很齊全，贈送了飲料，水果，眼罩，還備有馬桶消毒濕巾，朋友們大讚這些細節服務！非常棒的體驗，值得推薦👍👍👍

服務響應速度很快
温泉項目我們去的時候人少 體驗感很好
更衣室換衣服的時候會有工作人員拉上窗簾

超一流超貼心的服務，處處細節顯温暖。首先前台態度非常和善，還有安保人員；保潔人員也很熱情。設施齊全，茶具冰箱洗潔精洗衣液全都有。春節還趕上了現場做粃粑，工作人員耐心指導孩子親手做。很滿意的一次旅程！

酒店房間很大，裝修很好，空調效果很好，房價是包含了温泉費用非常划算，入住送了入住水果，並且因為泡温泉特別乾燥，叫前台送了幾次水，都迅速送到。我入住是12.31，房間窗户還能看到煙花，非常美。最後表揚服務小姐姐前台的鄧婷，秀雯，以及一位不知道名字的帥氣小哥哥，服務周到熱情！温泉也很舒服，很好的體驗，強烈推薦給大家。
