But the second stay experience was not so good. It is also late at night. The attitude of the staff this time is very unfriendly. I can understand that the night shift may be more difficult. But guests should not be asked to pay for her emotions. Because we were traveling by car, we played in Nanchang for a day that day, and we drove a long time before arriving at the hotel, so we were very tired. First of all, the staff did not take the initiative to upgrade my room. But I booked on Trip.com for a free room upgrade service. Later I took the initiative to remind her. And asked if I could arrange a twin room for me. (Because I have two children.) The staff showed obvious impatience and said it was difficult. I have always emphasized the price difference in the room. Finally, I reluctantly arranged a room for me. When I was with two children (one four and one six years old, my husband went to charge the car.) I pushed two 24-inch large suitcases and two heavy hand luggage. After I went to the room, I found out that although I arranged a twin bed for me, I didn't upgrade my room. It was a windowless room. It was very stuffy inside. When I checked out in the morning, I was really blocked, so I responded to the manager. Although the manager explained to me that the staff did not deliberately arrange a room with equipment failure for me. But I can't accept this explanation in my heart. And the mood of playing has also been affected. I didn't expect such an unpleasant thing to happen at the last stop of the road. One room and one place are broken, maybe by accident. The rooms in all three places are broken... It is difficult to comment. Finally, if someone around me is going to travel to Jiangxi. I still highly recommend this hotel if I come to Ganzhou Shicheng.
