I would recommend this hotel. The services are decent but not 5 stars or better it’s not like any other Hilton’s standard, a bit less.

They have a lot of cameras in the hotel but my gold earring disappeared from my room. Also the AC doesn’t work at all. So be careful if you book this hotel.

Good location. Room is stuffy especially in the afternoon.Air cond is not strong. The oxygen supply is available in the evening only, they switch off during the day.

The best hotel in Shigatse, the room hygiene service is very good. Special mention to Kerry, who was very attentive from the beginning of check-in, and even served as a local guide and took us to the Qudeng** Glacier. On the day of departure, he also helped to order a courier. It feels like home. Hilton will be my first choice next time I go to Shigatse

The location is good, because the entire Shigatse city is not big, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel has free parking spaces, although not very large, it is full in the off-season. The service is OK. We asked for ice cubes and champagne glasses, but the ice cubes were in plastic bags, and the quilt was plastic... The front desk sent us breakfast, but we didn't eat it, so I don't know how it was.
The room size is OK, with everything it should have. The quality is online. But there is one thing... too hot! The air conditioning in the room is useless, and the whole hotel is heated as a whole. It was so hot that we couldn't sleep at three o'clock in the middle of the night. It was incredible that we opened the two small windows but it didn't work...
The hygiene is good. Overall recommended.

The best hotel in Shigatse is Hilton. The environment is great. Manager Hu Jing is very friendly, polite and responsible. From the moment I stepped into the Hilton, all the services were very considerate. I will stay at Hilton again when I come to Shigatse next time.
