I like Miramar very much. The service is warm. Guests staying here can also enjoy the executive tea bar on the 28th floor with their room cards. This is very convenient. You can have tea and chat. Here I would like to sincerely thank Miss Lei Lei from the executive bar of Miramar. I made an appointment for the big tea table in advance to discuss things. I was actually unsure. Now many places may not be reliable even if they make an appointment. But when I got there, I saw that the big tea table was really reserved for me, and I felt at ease. We made a simple arrangement together and entertained my guests in the executive bar. Miss Lei Lei's service is very enthusiastic, and her name is also very easy to remember. She is a very good girl. It makes people feel very comfortable. Talking to guests in such an environment has become more efficient. I will come here again when I come to Shijiazhuang in the future, and I will recommend it to my friends around me.

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request. Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel. The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.

The room is clean and tidy.The location is superior, next to Wanda, and there is a pedestrian street, which is also convenient to take a taxi.Vicky, the housekeeper, has good service.

It's so close and so beautiful. I went to Hebei on the weekend and came to participate in the 2025 Shijiazhuang Marathon on the weekend. The hotel is very conveniently located at the end of the half marathon. I went upstairs to rest directly after running. The waiter Xiaoshang was warm and thoughtful and responded to every request! The hotel is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities! I will stay here next time.

The breakfast at the hotel I stayed in on this business trip left me with a great experience! The Chinese and Western food is reasonably matched, with hot dishes, pastries, salads, and freshly ground coffee. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, especially the local specialties. One bite makes people feel the fireworks of the city. The dining environment is clean and elegant. The restaurant manager Xing Chao is warm and thoughtful. He took the initiative to help arrange seats, add tea and water, and reminded me of the meal time. For business people who are in a hurry for early meetings, the breakfast time is flexible and the food is replenished in time, so there is no need to worry about not having time to eat. I ate well and the pancakes were super delicious. It started a day full of energy. I am crazy about this breakfast experience!
