這個店服務太差了，到店之後，店家告訴我還得打掃一會，然後我就等了很長時間。入住之後我發現床單上有特別多的污漬，讓店家退房，店家説給我們換個房間，更換後的青春主題房間，發現蟑螂（這個是冬天）然後房間地板也不乾淨，淋浴水温忽冷忽燙，根本洗不了澡，晚上睡覺也一直有各種噪聲，離開收拾東西時，在床底邊緣居然發現了不屬於我們自己的垃圾。最後我們要求退還按金時店家就説床單上有口紅印，把我們全部按金都給扣了，找平台找客服協商都沒用，店家就是説需要賠全部床品的錢，我建議店家如果缺錢的話可以去搶，沒必要在這訛人。而且店家服務態度太差勁了，和他正常溝通，就開始言語辱罵，説各種問題都出在我們身上。反正我勸各位避雷，避坑，而且被坑之後平台也是管不了的，一切商家説了算，咱住客衹能認栽。哎……這地方住的，太讓人糟心了，這地方免費給我住我都不會再住了，毀了兩天的好心情。。。如果有一句瞎話，願承擔相應責任！！！

住了好多次他們家了，結果這次晚上窗户一直響，吵的人睡不着，反映了也不解決，一晚上沒咋睡，再也不住他們家了🤬，隔音也不好，外邊人説話聽的一清二楚
