Disadvantages: The sanitation is average, the ceiling of the shower room is almost moldy, and it is said that it is a newly renovated room. There is no service at all. After the robot pressed my feet, I reported to the front desk, but there was no explanation or communication. They said, "What's wrong with pressing your feet? You can call the police." When the police came, they were very arrogant in front of the police. The manager explained that the staff was young and ignorant. If they were minors, then Royalton Hotel would have been suspected of violating the law. If they were adults, then adults should be responsible for their own actions and should not use age as a moral kidnapping. Royalton Hotel🏨There is an elevator on the first floor that goes directly to the 6th floor for check-in.
The lady explained the check-in in detail and sent us to the elevator.
Souvenirs were given when we checked in and left the hotel. It is on a high floor with a good view.
The room is large and well-equipped. The only drawback is that the water in the shower is relatively small. I feel satisfied overall.
