Before I stayed at Atour for the first time, I always felt that it was similar to Hanting. After checking in, I felt that it was on the same level as All Seasons as soon as I walked in. Then I found that it was also a smart home. After resting for a while and getting ready to go out, I found that the room next door had a large window and wanted to change. After contacting the front desk about the room, I was upgraded to an executive room for free. The new room card was delivered to the room by a robot very quickly. To be honest, I think the breakfast is better than the All Seasons and the room facilities are better than the All Seasons.

It is highly recommended to stay at Atour. The environment and sanitation are very good, and the service is especially good. They upgraded our room type, gave us breakfast, and delayed check-out for two hours. There is a library wall downstairs, which is very beautiful! If you are on a business trip, you can just work downstairs, the environment is very good The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable! everything is great I’ll stay at Atour next time

There were a bunch of drunkards at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel was extremely not soundproof. At 1:30 in the evening, the sound of TV, sex, quarrels, and grunting could be heard clearly in the room. It felt like there was no soundproofing effect. Reporting to the front desk was useless, no feedback, no rectification, a very bad hotel experience!

I couldn't get a good rest after staying for two days. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room as if they were tearing down a house and had no regard for the guest's feelings. Moreover, they started at around 7 a.m. and continued until the evening. After reacting to the front desk, he skillfully took out a small gift bag to send the guest away, but he was rejected on the spot. I don’t know what Yaduo thinks about this situation? It is extremely stupid to just open a store without caring about management!

Service facilities are relatively poor in all aspects. I had to wait for almost an hour when I checked in, and it was also very slow to renew my room card. The wifi in the room was stuck from time to time, and the game couldn't be played. One of my mobile phones is Huawei's top-end flagship phone and has no 5G signal. The telecom card only has two or three bars of signal, not to mention the other phone. There wasn't even a pen in the room, and there was nothing to eat for breakfast. Platinum members didn't even get a piece of fruit. The service attitude of the staff was quite poor.
