Checking in as foreigner at night is an interesting experience. Hotel employee really wanted to keep my passport overnight, and when I declined they couldn't process me. It took an hour to get into the room because in the middle od processing another (chinese) guests arrived ant they were checked in while I had to wait. And then I received a card to the wrong room. And then the AC wouldn't work with an error about unbooting. Rooms are beautiful, but service needs training.

It was very noisy. When I checked in at noon on the first day, I told the front desk that I wanted a quieter room. I was on a business trip and needed to rest. The first room I was given was not far from the elevator, and outside the window was the exhaust duct of the Dishang Hotel. After changing rooms, I went to the ktv downstairs. Howling wolves all night long is really bad.

The hotel is new but the service is rubbish! The most unsatisfactory service experience! Please check in and be sure to pay attention. Check out and ask the front desk to confirm again and again to avoid any trouble from the front desk after you leave.

歷史以來住過最糟心的酒店，原因如下。
1.先安排的第一個房間因為浴室燈不亮，前台人員態度強硬告知修不了且房間已滿，再次打電話詢問前台經理，前台經理帶我們換了一間房。
2想要一雙乾的回去換着穿，大姐詢問我們是幾號房，回答後卻説，你要是想要可以，需要用另一雙濕的拖鞋來換，我解釋因為睡前還要洗澡，濕的還需要用，大姐説需要我去前台報備，才可以給我一雙新的幹拖鞋。
我報備個雞毛，用不用走一個oa審批給你，我多拿一雙破拖鞋換着穿我還要去前台報備，你的拖鞋是鑲金了還是帶鑽了怕顧客覬覦你的爛拖鞋。這就是你們的企業文化嗎。
3.浴室的排風扇和燈是一體的，如果你想要打開衞生間的燈那麼排風扇也會隨之打開。
4.洗手間走廊的頂燈關了也會亮，睡覺有點刺眼。
5.衞浴門上還粘着頭髮，上完廁所摸了一手給我噁心的。
6.窗户外邊是個破爛工地且一堆電線
這個酒店無論是員工服務還是客房衞生都非常爛。

多次入住了，酒店很新，前台還給安排了一個安靜的房間，樓下停車場也比較大，一般都有車位。熱水、床品、布草都很OK，就是早餐的品類再豐富些就好了，那個鹹菜很難吃，還超級鹹，建議換換。餐廳這個季節早上有點涼，可以開會空調了。
早餐的梨湯和雞蛋羹還是不錯的！
