床單上滴了這麼點油扣我50塊錢，説洗不下去，我找客服和他協商打算我自己洗或者出錢送乾洗店洗我報銷，結果客服他和客服説他洗完了（我就走了兩個小時不到）一口一個******，説我沒素質，我去住房間櫃子裏還有**沒收拾出去，他給我説是他自己的私人物品，我的房間是兩點退房並且沒有和他説退房他11點多就叫人過來開我的門，滴點油洗着麻煩扣點錢扣點，一下扣我50，並且我和客服商量説送過來我洗（我離他那就2㎞）他説他洗乾淨了，並且50塊錢是不退的，最後給我好用刪了！！！真的很氣啊（兄弟們，頂我上去）
