Clean new hotel. I request non smoking room. I checked in room with clean air. As soon as the next room smoked. I can smell in my room. Staff moved me to a different room, which is fine. This hotel does not have a separate non-smoking floor. If you are sensitive, beware. Staff tried to accommodate as best they could.

寵物友好，但可能對寵物體型有限制，建議提前與酒店確認。清潔費89/次，按金1000，退房無問題原路退回。門前有免費停車場，車位較緊張。房間面積較大，乾濕分離，整潔衞生，床墊厚，入住舒適。但熱水略不足。有梯控，有安全感。早餐比較豐富。周邊有餐館、便利店。性價比合適。

首先説結論：滿分！入住的時候有一杯熱茶，離店時免費打車送站！服務這一點就讓人賓至如歸，心生好感！更不用説歡迎水果，舒睡禮包了！床墊是我喜歡的偏硬一點點，剛剛好，睡得踏實。毛巾很厚實柔軟，明顯高出同價位酒店同類產品。這是一家性價比很高，有温暖的酒店，推薦！

這個酒店是我住過的酒店服務最好的。服務員態度極好的。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，乾淨衞生。有語音控制的“小智管家”智能開關燈、窗簾、電視。房間每天一打掃，衣櫃備有睡衣、衣架。洗手池有洗手液，吹風機，衞生間有浴巾、毛巾、沐浴露，洗髮露，自動沖水馬桶，馬桶蓋是發熱的。
酒店有別的酒店不具備的特色項目:和頤下午茶（飲料和水）、和頤安睡禮包、每天都有小服務生送來水果盤。酒店有免費健身房、洗衣房，免費早餐一份。點外賣有機器人送到房間門口。退房時服務員還送了兩瓶熱水路上喝。不説是神仙服務，也是暖心難忘的體驗了。
唯一不足就是房間隔音不好，也是其他大部分酒店的共同不足。
再來石家莊和頤至尚酒店仍是首選。
