酒店地理位置方便，距離石家莊站二十多分鐘車程，前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，免費升級房間。房間設施齊全，小冰箱，大浴缸，大浴袍，一應俱全。床墊軟硬適中，被褥材質很好，柔軟舒適，非常棒。衹是忽然來的春季高温，南面房間太熱沒有休息好，第二天換北面房間一切都好。非常值得推薦的是早餐，麪點，炒菜，冷菜，雜糧牛奶麪包水果樣樣都有。一頓營養豐富美味早餐，充滿能量的工作去啦。鹿泉，非常值得推薦到的酒店。酒店距離抱犢泉一刻鐘車程，晚上可以夜遊，太完美了

因為出差的緣故，住了敬業大酒店，整體感覺還是不錯的，下次如果去石家莊還會選擇這家酒店，整體的床品很乾凈，酒店的性價比挺高的。

老星級酒店的傳統配置，設施較舊，服務沒的説，星級放在那。但屋裡內的設施確實應該更新或者修繕一下了，紗窗都破了，牆壁上都是被打死的蚊子留下的印記，裝的直飲水管，但流出來的水咱也不知道為啥一股漂白粉的模樣。優點就是價格不貴，早餐非常棒，達到了五星的標準。

房間非常好，床品很舒適，門的隔音也非常好，在衞生間關住門根本聽不到外面一點聲音，房間很多小細節方面做的特別好，衞生間有很厚的吸水墊，不用擔心洗澡水淋在外面踩的到處都是水，價格再低點就更好了。

服務態度一般，辦理入住時前台有個工作人員説小孩120m以上要另買早餐，我説我們身高114cm，但他説前台枱麪高120，我們家小孩和枱麪一樣，我説我們確實是114，肯定沒到120，他説明天早餐那有量身高的。這番懷疑讓人很不爽，大人基本都知道自己孩子多高吧。
房間很大，但很冷。裝修比較古老，有年代感。

服務：郭佳和劉梓琳十分熱情，為客户考慮十分周全 。因為其他同事在行政層，也幫我升級房間，住在了同層。另兩位服務員退房辦理也快。體驗極佳。 還送敬業的貴賓休息室服務， 緩解旅途疲勞。還有水果贈送。早飯品類多，口味不錯。
衞生：極好 ，有贈送馬桶一次性護墊，毛巾也很乾凈無異味。 房間也乾淨。
環境：十分安靜，有助於睡眠
設施：床很舒適 ，寫字枱處理郵件很方便，網絡快。
具有五星級飯店的住宿體驗 。
交通便利。
門口吃飯也很方便。
