Courtyard Hotel (Hebei Museum, Guang'an Street)

The room is clean and tidy. The movie and television room uses a projector. The audio-visual resources are OK. The breakfast is worth recommending. There are many kinds. I would like to praise the handsome guy most. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name. He solved my request in time and took the initiative to give me some advice. I changed rooms, they were warm and generous, thank you!

Very close to the museum. Walk for five minutes. There is a parking lot and the rooms are pretty good. The bed is huge. There is a supermarket downstairs. There are also specialty boards. Special donkey meat grilled. Overall it's pretty good.

The TV opposite the bed in room 1213 was not visible. The tea machine felt like it had not been cleaned. It was heavily dusty and rusty. The pure water bucket had been there for who knows how long. The light switch is messed up, and the curtains open automatically when the light is turned on. The front desk is not very skilled. I went on a business trip with my colleagues. The double bed I ordered was given to a king bed, and the king bed was given to a twin bed. I had to change it by myself. The order included breakfast but they were told there was no breakfast. After checking, they were informed that breakfast was available, but they were given an extra serving. When I parked my car, I was told that I would reimburse the parking fee by taking a screenshot. I added WeChat and sent it, but nothing happened. Yesterday, I asked that I would report it to the police and let me wait, but today I just ignored them.

First of all, I have booked this hotel 10 times. The service was okay at first, but then it got worse and worse. I am a Ctrip diamond member. I have ordered a free room upgrade from Ctrip. If you don’t ask the front desk or complain, the front desk will not give it to you. Upgraded, there is a lot of hair in the room and toilet. The machine on the bedside is convenient and the voice is not sensitive. The most terrifying thing is that I suddenly start talking in the middle of the night. And when it comes to takeaway, it doesn’t matter if you don’t let the waiter deliver it to the room. Yes, but if you don’t ask for it, he won’t deliver it to you. Just tell the waiter to stop asking him to come down and get it. Now is not the period of the epidemic. How can any hotel not allow takeout to be delivered to the guests? There are often holes in the sheets and duvet covers. Really. I can’t describe it, but I would like to advise you to book a few nearby hotels in the future. The service is indeed much better than this hotel. After checking in more than 10 times, I decided not to choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip.

房間設施完備，周邊配套齊全，離博物館步行十分鐘以內，離地鐵口步行約5-7分鐘，非常方便。服務人員熱情、貼心；早餐豐富，用的都是永和豆漿、蒙牛牛奶等品牌，非常用心，超值。特別對到北方、吃不慣本地飯菜的人來説，酒店早餐選擇多多，新鮮爽口，強烈推薦。

過年返京途中路過住了一晚，距離河北省博物館很近，走路5分鐘，地理位置不錯，服務也不錯，有問題及時能夠處理。房間本來定的無窗的，前台臨時給直接升級成有窗的。停車在地上停車場找位置停好，離開的時候服務人員會給一張停車券，相當於免費停車了。房間定的大屏幕電影主題房，孩子很喜歡，就是面積稍微小了點，其他都還可以。
