那個男前台真的太沒有禮貌了！！十一點給我打電話，第一句來個你好前台，我説你好，他就不説話了，然後我看了一下時間我主動説我這就退房，正在收拾，他説嗯，我給你打過了電話是吧。我:啥？他説昂沒事了。然後他啪就把電話掛了。我請問了這真是一個酒店該有的服務嗎？再也不會住這裏了，實在是太差了

設施：總體很齊全，空調是中央空調，控温的那種
衞生：整體乾淨，可以接受，房間也很大
環境：下樓步行幾分鐘就到了平安大街地鐵站，很方便，同時新百廣場也在附近，如果第二天有行程安排，有需求去石家莊客運總站的或者石家莊站的可以考慮定此酒店，距離不算遠，打滴滴十多塊錢也就到了
服務：前台哥哥姐姐服務態度都很好，很熱情，所以就都給滿滿的五分了

衞生太差了，屋子裡特別臟，床單都是特別臟,而且椅子上還有頭髮，而且屋子特別冷，屋子温度20度，換了好幾個房間，去的時候晚上11點多，説沒房型了，讓我們升級房型出30元升級了房型也特別差，今天退房跟前台説了這些事情前台衹説不好意思，去了一次再也不去了，本來住的倆晚上住了一晚上退了第二天直接不住了，而且還不便宜下來一晚上150

衞生：客房大姐打掃的很仔細，乾淨的很，比前幾天其他酒店都乾淨
服務：每次經過前台，前台小姐姐都很禮貌的打招呼，客房大姐也很好對我們非常客氣一看就是很面善的人
環境：超級喜歡這個房型，發了個朋友圈，好幾個朋友問我這個房型，希望下次入住還是這個房型，太愛了

酒店位置不錯，南三條早市，樂滙對面。離解放廣場，地鐵一號線解放廣場站，灣裏廟步行街都很近，步行5到8分鐘左右均可到達。公交站點不到百米。可方便直達河北省博物院，新百解放商圈，北國商城勒泰商圈和石家莊北站。
家庭親子房房間大小不侷促，落地窗，視線不錯。室內衞生較好，床鋪舒適度較好，整體隔音正常。個人覺得室內温度不錯，穿着襯衣不會感到冷，房間是中央空調，制熱功能比較差。
早餐雖然簡單，但還不錯。豆漿牛奶，煮雞蛋，香腸，皮凍，鹹菜，玉米等都有，煎雞蛋需自己動手。

晚上10點多入住還給了個馬桶壞的房間，打電話告知前台還不信還告知沒有其他房間，修半天后又有房間更換了結果折騰過去沒有窗户再溝通才換好房間，已是入住後2小時

服務：前台接待服務態度很好，一樓早餐非常豐富，很好吃
設施：室內有水壺，茶杯，設施比較齊全，有私人衞浴
環境：在南三條廣場旁邊，離解放廣場很近，周圍環境不錯
