The hotel is terrible, very dirty, the price at the front desk is expensive, Ctrip is cheaper, but when you look at the price at Ctrip and ask the front desk, they will immediately close the platform and say that they are full, you must be at the front desk to get a room. The next morning, I left before 11 o'clock and they urged me to check out. When I returned the room card, the door would not open directly, forcing me to leave. I went to Shijiazhuang for an exam and chose this hotel which is closest to the exam site. I didn't expect it to be so amazing. It is very clean, well-equipped, and the service is also very good. If I take the exam at this site again next year, I will book this hotel again

Found hair on the bed that wasn't mine. Someone came into my room while I was out. This is the worst rated hotel I've stayed in in the last few years.

The hygiene is really bad. There is oil on the table when I entered. I don't think the floor was wiped. My socks turned black when I stepped on the floor. The disposable slippers broke without being worn for a long time. I really don't understand.
