The hotel is in a business district, with two large supermarkets next door. There is a subway station just outside the door, making travel very convenient. The hygiene was very good, beyond expectations. The lady at the front desk provided good service and warm water. There are also free drinks in the hotel lobby.

這次的酒店住宿體驗真的太棒了！一踏入酒店大堂，温馨典雅的裝修風格和熱情周到的前台服務就讓人好感倍增。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，布草潔白無異味，衞生間也沒有絲毫水漬和毛髮，細節之處盡顯用心。酒店的配套設施十分完善，健身房器材齊全，能滿足日常鍛鍊需求；早餐種類豐富，中西式菜品應有盡有，味道也相當不錯。而且周邊交通便利，臨近地鐵站和公交站，出行很方便。唯一美中不足的是，房間裏的電視節目有點少，要是能增加些頻道就更完美了。但總體而言，這次入住體驗超棒，下次出行還會選擇這裏！

天南海北的好酒店住過不少，這家維也納我要給出錦江旗下第一個服務五分滿分好評。酒店服務熱情，比七星級的兩千多的酒店也不差，細節很到位，還有洗衣液。地理位置在石家莊市中心，雙地鐵口，十分方便，本次入住十分滿意。感謝酒店前台的熱心，耐心，專業的接待！

這次帶孩子來石家莊旅遊，入住維也納酒店挺滿意的，前台010小妹妹服務態度很好！酒店環境不錯，周邊交通，美食購物都很方便！唯一不足的事房間不是通風窗户不是很習慣，早餐算不上太好能吃飽！總體來説，不錯！性價比高！

不敢相信這是錦江旗下的酒店，真的是太差了，剛進房間地毯就有線頭還有細小垃圾，然後上廁所地上也有毛髮，看着心裏真的膈應，服務員過來吸塵，還沒有發現，我給他指出來他説線頭啊，就覺得不是什麼大事一樣，還有收費問題下午一點多給我打電話我聽着好像是2點半退房，超過按30元一個小時計算，我四點多快5點退的收了我88元，如果是2點半以後開始算，那也沒有三個小時啊就很無語，大家避雷吧！

地理位置優越，出行方便，附近高中低檔的購物餐飲店應有盡有。酒店有自己的地下停車場，但從停車場到酒店大廳沒有電梯。房間雖然裝修不太新了但衞生清潔比較到位，床品乾淨無異味。服務態度較好，能積極處理問題，清潔工在樓道見到房客也會主動打招呼。本人不抽煙所以對房間裏的煙味比較敏感，一進屋就能聞到。總體來説是性價比較高的一家酒店。
