The room was dirty and messy, and the service was lacking. Guests were often locked out of the door and couldn't get out of the elevator. When problems arise, none of the management staff solves the problem. They blame each other, smile and don't take it seriously. I guess it doesn't matter if the hotel has too many customer complaints.
To deceive consumers and say that free parking spaces are provided, they just ask you to find a parking space at the door of the hotel.
