有史以來住過最詭異的酒店 上去的時候辦完入住發現門就沒鎖 床是濕的 床單褥子被子裏面都是濕的 晚上沒有保潔上班讓保安送過來被罩床單自己鋪 送過來的新被罩甚至還是破的。換房不可以告訴我們今晚沒房間了。賠免費早餐要早晨把我和我朋友叫醒 八點四十告訴我們免費早餐九點就失效了。補救措施和我們的損失一點都不對等 非常令人失望

辦入住第一間房枕套沒換上面還有頭髮，而且房間連座機都沒有，前台又給換到隔壁（在沒有打掃好的情況下）由於本人肋骨骨折非常着急休息，跟大姐説稍微快點，第二天給升級了房型但是房間沒有地巾，是一塊很臟的浴室地毯，而且廁所反味，桌子上面一層土還有黏黏的東西，意見書放桌上就是個擺設，沒有筆🖊️，體驗特別差，第一天住的房間熱水不熱空調不涼，晚上打電話告訴前台房間很熱，前台讓我開空調，然而空調並沒有作用，第二天早上到前台問又説空調不能使用，不知道是房型區別對待還是是什麼，第二天給升級了房型，水熱了，空調也能製冷了，非常差

這次入住這個，真是一個令人愉快的住宿體驗。首先，酒店的位置非常便利，靠近地鐵站，出行十分方便。服務方面，工作人員熱情友好，總是面帶微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。房間的設施也很齊全，床鋪舒適，衞生間乾淨整潔，整體環境非常安靜，適合休息。酒店的衞生狀況也令人滿意，每天都有細緻的清潔服務，讓人住得放心。總的來説 這次入住體驗非常愉快，下次來石家莊時，我還會選擇這裏。強烈推薦給需要住宿的朋友們!
