[Five-star recommendation] This hotel is perfect! The warm and efficient reception at the front desk makes you feel at home. The guest rooms are simple and modern in design, with smart facilities and soft and skin-friendly bedding. The daily cleaning is meticulous, even the bathroom glass is smooth and spotless. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with freshly cooked seafood porridge and handmade dim sum. The subway entrance is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are many business districts around it, but it is not noisy at all. When I checked out, I received a handwritten weather reminder card from the housekeeper. The detailed service was so touching! I have saved it as a permanent stopover for business trips and sincerely recommend it to all travelers who pursue quality.

來抱犢寨和西柏坡玩訂的房間，離景點很近，房間很乾凈，入住之前提前説要把床拼到一起，到了的時候就已經給拼好了，非常感謝

設施：床特別舒服，床墊有回彈性，還配有乳膠枕和另外一種軟軟的枕頭，個人更愛乳膠枕。
衞生：連鎖店的衞生肯定不用太擔心啦，清潔人員也很負責。
環境：距離考點非常近，走路六分鐘左右就能到，朝着另一個方向步行六分鐘左右還有地鐵站，省了很多交通上的麻煩；附近外賣也很多，不用愁沒東西可吃；唯一問題是三樓某個拐角的房間窗户對着的小區半夜似乎會有醉鬼出沒，晚上十一點拿着音響在外邊大唱特唱，挺討厭的，但是估計酒店也沒法處理，衹能説希望沒素質的人都走遠點🥲
服務：前台小姐姐人超級好！知道我是來考試的還給我加油hhhh，而且想得很周到，服務非常細緻（她的值班時間大概是11.29下午一點和12.2上午八點，誇誇小姐姐！）；早餐的牛肉湯、豆漿、素包子都超級美味，三天下來體驗感真的拉滿，喜歡🥰

非常不理解這個酒店的服務方式！辦入住延遲退房，拿着顧客的手機一頓操作（顧客完全看不到前台在操作什麼），完了讓輸密碼付款，為什麼不能顧客自己操作呢？！讓人感覺不舒服……
