Amazing hotel in Shijiazhuang, located near to the Wanda plaza with plenty of options for food and pleasure. The staff is friendly, there's a park nearby and a beautiful pedestrian street for food at night. Great rooms and amenities.

過年七天樂，回程車真多。入住此酒店，煩惱倍增多。具體的情況，聽我來細説……
半夜下的訂單，其實就是入住半宿，轉天接着返程。首先出的問題就是硬傷！關於停車問題，再三告知酒店帶着孩子入住，酒店堅持告知停萬達不報銷，衹能聽到對過停車場。當我們找到那個斜對過的停車場，車滿為患，一直開到停車場盡頭才找到車位，然後拉着行李箱揹着包拿着旅遊給家人朋友帶的禮物，寒風中走了15分鐘左右才找到酒店！酒店半邊門還是壞的，微信聯繫酒店，沒有任何人過來，衹是告知一個字“門”！進入大堂，非常小，辦理入住的前台態度極差，當我看到門口就是停車場問及此事時，回覆態度惡劣，告知你可以開過來，但不報銷！7天遊的好心情隨着寒風走很久，外加前台惡略的態度盪然無存！房間紙巾盒底下有之前入住客人留下的垃圾，裝修也無法直視！早餐種類不是很多，口味還可以！後來聯繫攜程反映此事，幾經周折前台王經理電話聯繫我，説是賠付一些，但得是好評……我理解酒店過年期間忙，一天確實很累，也理解酒店經理每天瑣碎的事情很多，但作為服務行業很多事情在入職時，應該是有系統培訓的！算了，沒必要為此事耽誤彼此太多時間，更沒必要過年期間弄不愉快！放棄酒店賠償，真實評價，提醒後面入住客人僅供參考……大家出來為的是安心放心開心，作為攜程老用户，也希望通過真實評價，讓大家避免一些沒必要的不愉快發生！
錦江集團，這幾年經營的很好，有一些滿兮、凱里亞德中端酒店，也有像麗亭等高端一些的酒店…看得出錦江集團希望打造全方位的中高低端酒店，滿足各類人羣需求……這家石家莊ZMAX（滿兮）作為中端酒店，很多標準未能提現錦江集團的經營理念以及文化底藴，希望可以正視問題所在，加強培訓以及發生問題處理經驗，才是長久之道……

位置好，樓下就是萬達和步行街，性價比高，推薦給旅行人士，晚上安靜，有一個好的睡眠，才是最重要的，房間乾淨整潔，工作人員也很熱情，前台引導非常貼心，停車方便，還會再次入住

酒店在萬達公寓，不是單獨酒店，衞生狀況一般，而且房間大床房偏小，主要是隔音極差，帶着孩子出行不要住這裏

同學聚會首選酒店！【套房特別適合朋友們聚會，6人以下】，套房的客廳和房間之間有一個門！（◦˙▽˙◦），大家可以在外面開心的玩耍！抽煙，喝酒，煙味兒完全不會影響到裏面住宿的人！
其他的朋友住在邊上的大床間或者標間裏就可以了，這樣也不會吵到其他的客人，同一個樓層特別方便！！
電視可以投屏，這樣大家可以分享過去的回憶，也可以一塊兒看電影，特別棒！
樓下好吃的真的太多了，太方便了！還有星巴克的甄選咖啡店，棒呆了！
無論去哪兒都很方便，吃周圍的特產也很方便！！
【希望套間裏面能加一個放東西的長條床頭椅（„ಡωಡ„）】，不然我包衹能放地上或者床上（˘̩̩̩ε˘̩ƪ）

一生拉黑的酒店
希望大家避雷，住過這麼多次酒店第一次給差評
一共69間房 並且有空房的情況下 給客人安排了樓上是酒吧的房間
辦入住的時候沒有告知上邊是酒吧客人能不能接受，在半夜第一次聯繫前台樓上很吵的時候沒有告知樓上是酒吧，並且持續哐哐拽椅子的聲音。
終於在n次聯繫未解決噪音之後才被告知樓上是酒店。
答應給換一間房間，我們是訂了兩間，
然後在以投訴威脅後才給換了兩間5樓的房間。這時候已經凌晨兩點。
孩子大人都沒睡好，導致第二天行程因為睡眠不足完全被耽誤。
這種無德酒店居然還能開在鬧市區里居然還沒有倒閉！
實在無法理解 有空房的情況下 給客人安排如此吵鬧的房間！
已經投訴315解決，必定維權到底。
