The central air conditioner has no cold air. It should be supported at all times. Shouldn't it be installed with cold air in winter? It’s too hot to sleep at night

I have stayed here before and thought the environment was okay. Yesterday, I found oil stains on the quilt cover and oil stains on the shorts of my pajamas. Maybe they were not washed properly. I hope to pay attention next time.
