前台親切專業，房間整個裝修比較新，枕頭搜了一下竟然是泰國乳膠枕，很舒服忘了問一下有沒有官方售賣渠道，網上看起來都是代購，衞生間淋浴間空間也很寬敞，還是住得很舒服的呀。

設施：陳舊，房間沒有智能控制，電視不是多媒體電視，空調不靈敏，還是暖氣片。重點，衹有全新高級大床房才會提供抽紙，其他房間全部衹能用廁所捲紙❗️記得自己帶紙巾，燈衹有零散的幾個燈泡，如果開中間一個會刺眼，不開又太黑，沐浴液衹有一點點，不提供洗手液也不提供馬桶套，沒有任何消毒提醒。衹提供了兩瓶冰露和一次性紙杯。
衞生：馬桶不乾淨，且不具備基礎衞生條件。
環境：隔音差！外面機器人的聲音，隔壁的咳嗽聲一清二楚
服務：呵呵，第一次找前台問抽紙 告訴我全新商務衹能提供廁所捲紙，因為剛洗完臉需要擦臉又提出要求，但是被再次重申提醒不提供並且電話被掛，心情差到極點後前台多次回撥私人手機，但是還是提醒沒有抽紙，並未有任何解決措施。💢憤怒遂投訴，但是投訴第一次無果原因併為在總部查到該門店，遂第二次投訴，投訴成功。工作人員敲門致歉，但於睡覺時間，更加憤怒，已經不屑爭吵，後經理再次打電話，態度和善，後又送禮物（放置書桌上未收）就不都評一顆星了，至於解釋掛斷電話問題，希望可以當時就解答而不是一天後解釋是因門店座機問題自動掛斷😊

來了兩次石家莊住的都是這家酒店，服務設施還是挺齊全的，有洗衣房、機器人送餐……但這次住的全新雙人房很不盡人意，首先，實住房間和圖片上是不一樣的，房間很小且圖片上進門的那組櫃子是沒有的，其次房間朝着馬路，前半夜是跑車、摩託車的轟鳴聲，後半夜從凌晨四點開始樓下的早市小販的叫賣聲聲聲入耳，一直持續到八點半，所以不建議定這個房型，值得表揚的是該酒店的服務人員，無論是前台、餐廳、保潔員工服務態度都是超棒的

前台服務員態度非常的好。這家對面就是南三條步行街，非常方便逛街。酒店設施的確有點陳舊。不過還算乾淨。
