前台小姐姐很熱情，走的時候一部手機落房間了都沒發現，還好前台很快聯繫到我們，還好沒走遠，回去拿的的時候還送了兩瓶水，想的很周到，房間衞生也乾淨，中央空調也很暖和

因為出差辦事，朋友推薦這裏。現在都是連鎖，基本都還可以，但這裡是離石家莊市區比較遠（曾經的縣，改為區），如果在石家莊市區辦事，謹慎預訂。
房間、衞生都不錯。
但有幾個細節，希望能改進。
1.早餐在6樓，雖然6樓有提示牌，但向左還是向右，客人要懵了。加一個方向的指示，會更好。
雖然餐廳在後側，但要下一段樓梯、穿過一個長廊，一般人不會貿然找到。
2.早餐種類，馬馬虎虎，蛋員工都在那邊刷手機、看短視頻，煮餛燉的地方都沒有人。還沒到收餐時間，比如油條、荷包蛋都沒有了。不及時添加。
3.吃完早餐，想帶一杯咖啡。服務員説：這裡是自助餐廳，不能帶走。而且沒有一次性杯子。都什麼年代了，一杯咖啡都這麼小氣啊，很多餐廳包括五星酒店，都鼓勵客人帶走一杯咖啡，這是一種美好的體驗。
其他都還行，感覺這是一個加盟店。希望我的感覺沒有錯。
但禮貌性給予4.5-5分好評，這年頭服務行業不容易，希望看到了能給予回覆。謝謝。

酒店位置很不錯，離景區都比較近，附近也有很多好吃的。
前台服務員看我帶着小朋友，送的小禮品，又送早餐，很不錯，房間很乾凈，沒有異味，下次再去石家莊還住這家酒店。很棒。點贊，忘記前台服務員名字了，服務很貼心。繼續加油。
