This hotel is fine, but to be honest, the check-in procedure for foreigners is way too long and intrusive. I've stayed at dozens of hotels in China and this is the first time I've been asked that many questions (COVID time included): What's the purpose of my stay, where do I live and work, what airline did I use to arrive in China (even though I have been living in China for almost three years) and what was the flight number, etc. This is not acceptable!

Good business hotel if you have business in the Shijiazhuang High Tech business Zone. The hotel serve only breakfast there is no provision for lunch or dinner. It is new and clean hotel only for business travellers. There is shopping mall just 10 metre away where you can go for quick Lunch or dinner.

If we went up at 9 o'clock, there would be no coffee or tea. The breakfast was very rich. The only thing we were most dissatisfied with during this trip was checking out the next day. We thought that if we checked out and went to Hebo, the hotel could also clean up. Considering the hotel, we could obviously check out at 2 pm, but we parked our car at the hotel, and we didn't know about the parking card until other guests asked us. The waiter didn't tell us at all when we checked out. We were afraid that we would waste time if we didn't finish shopping, so we took the initiative to ask the front desk if we could park a little longer if we didn't come back at 2 o'clock. The girl at the front desk actually said that it was not possible, and the parking card was valid until 2 o'clock. When I confirmed again, I asked the security guard outside directly, but she didn't know and said it was not the same department. The security guard at the hotel entrance was very good and said it was okay and was very enthusiastic to show me the way. The girl at the front desk really brought shame to the hotel. After visiting the Hebo, I went to the hotel to buy bread and left the hotel at 2:40. I wondered what these 40 minutes would do to the hotel.

The room we were given only had a small window but it had a nice view and comfortable bed. Only complaint is that the room is a bit dated and had strong smell of cigarettes even though we asked for non smoking. Afternoons tea is a nice feature

The decoration of Building 1 is a four-star standard, and the decoration of Building 2 is a three-star standard, so Building 1 is more like a hotel, and Building 2 is an express hotel. Although the facilities are relatively new, Building 1 feels like a four-star hotel. It looks like a first-class hotel, and Building 2 is quite far away. I don’t recommend it because the price difference is not big and the decoration of the rooms in Building 2 is very smelly. And the rooms in Building 1 have air purifiers, so if the price difference is not big, it is still recommended to choose Building 1. The breakfast is very rich. To be honest, the breakfast for 38 yuan per person is quite good and economical.
