The hotel room is quite large, with its own bathtub, quite comfortable, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. There are also many small restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces in the hotel and it is not easy to park.

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Great hotel. The location is alright, but kind of far from most of Shijiazhuang's attractions. The bed is soft and the water pressure is excellent so no problems there. The check-in took a LONG time. There were so many questions and forms to fill out, it was a real pain in the ****. I was looking forward to a hot shower after a long day of cycling so this was very aggravating.

The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, the lighting was gentle, the smart automatic control system was in place, and the large TV had direct screen projection. I was quite satisfied with my stay. The laundry room and fitness facilities on the first floor were especially nice, allowing everyone to exercise while waiting. The design was fantastic. The front desk also provided a complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. I would have liked to mention the cleaning and disinfection of the washing machine and dryer; I think it would have been much better if they had improved.

Due to heavy snow, we decided to stay in Shijiazhuang. I chose this hotel because I really love the pillows of Atour. We arrived very late, and the staff was very enthusiastic. They put down their work and checked us in first. The room was clean and tidy, and also very new. The sound insulation was a little poor, and we happened to catch up with the happy card game next door. When we checked out, they took the initiative to send us a few bottles of warm mineral water, which was convenient for us to drink on the road. Very considerate! High cost performance! The chain brand is also very reliable!

On the day of check-out, I was ready to rush to the high-speed rail station with my luggage, but fate played a joke at this time. When I hurried through the hotel revolving door, my beloved headphones fell into the crack of the door with a ”click”. This headset means a lot to me. It stores bits and pieces of memories of the journey. More importantly, it is connected to my upcoming high-speed rail journey. I anxiously asked the hotel staff for help, and they acted immediately without hesitation. Everyone tried every possible way, and even almost asked engineers to remove the door. Just when I was full of despair and thought I could not catch up with the high-speed rail, I had no choice but to cancel the taxi order. A girl in a manager's uniform came over. I saw her crawling underground without hesitation, staring at the gap, carefully looking for the traces of the headphones. At that moment, my heart was full of emotion and admiration. Time passed by, and my heart was in my throat. Just after I made the call to cancel the taxi order, I miraculously took the headphones out of the crack in the ground with my hands. I was so excited that my eyes were red, and all my panic and anxiety disappeared in an instant. Later I learned that it was the hotel manager and the enthusiastic and responsible staff of Atour Hotel who helped me when I was most helpless, allowing me to catch the high-speed train smoothly. I will always remember this warmth, and Atour has become the warmest harbor in my heart. I will definitely recommend it to people around me!

Really nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you. The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one. If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address. No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

The experience of this stay made me really feel the temperature and surprise of the Atour Hotel service. I took two children out to play. My son also had acute gastroenteritis and vomited and diarrhea. Thanks to the hotel staff, I saw my anxious expression when I checked in. I immediately cared about me. After hearing the reason, I picked up my luggage and sent us to the room. At this time, my son began to feel uncomfortable again. I wanted to take my son to the hospital and couldn’t rest assured my daughter. I didn’t expect Xuaner to immediately find the hotel’s Beiyao. Beiyao and Jinzhao accompanied me to the hospital. Xuaner took care of her daughter in the hotel and watched them running around to help me get the test sheet. Help me line up with me to give the child infusion, really touched! After the infusion, I came back from the hospital at night. I saw Xuaner with my daughter reading a picture book in Zhuju. I also cooked it for my daughter to eat. I really took care of my child very well. I returned to the room and found the big sister on duty in the room. In order to facilitate my child care at night, We turned our original twin room into a big bed, and we also laid a disposable care mat on the bed. We put a basin and hot towel on the bedside. We were afraid that the child would vomit and diarrhea in the middle of the night. I just arrived at the room and saw that I sent me hot late-night porridge. I saw that it was really difficult to control tears. They were very enthusiastic throughout the whole process and repeatedly told ”call us at any time if you need it, I highly recommend this hotel, I will be a loyal fan of Atour in the future!

The hotel environment is really good, the overall environment is new and clean, and it is very comfortable to live in! The room was cleaned well and the service was OK. However, the sound insulation is average. You can hear noises from the corridor or the next room at night. If you mind, it is recommended to bring earplugs. The breakfast variety is ok and tastes good, but you have to go early. If you go after 9 o'clock, many popular foods will not be available and there will be fewer choices. Overall, the price/performance ratio is acceptable, suitable for friends who don't have high requirements for sound insulation and are used to getting up early to eat breakfast!

The price is very high. In Shijiazhuang, this area is really great. The boss is also very good. The place is very clean and the place is very large. Every berth has a curtain. It is great.
