Youjia Hotels in Shijiazhuang

The hotel facilities are complete and clean. The service of the senior manager of the guest room on the ninth floor is super good and considerate. It rained on the day when I arrived at the hotel, and the senior manager thoughtfully prepared hot pear soup, which was super heartwarming~ It was the first time I felt the feeling of home in a hotel. I will come to Miramar again when I come to Shijiazhuang for business trips. It was a very comfortable experience! There is an executive tea bar, children's play area, fitness and laundry area on the 28th floor of the hotel, which are fully functional. Thumbs up to Miramar and the senior manager~ Recommended to stay!

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request. Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel. The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.

I had a wonderful stay at Henan Plaza Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions and transportation options. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the high-quality service, as well as the delicious breakfast options. Overall, Henan Plaza Hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

I have held a meeting in Yunzhen Jinling Hotel in Beijing before. I feel that the staff are very responsible and the environment and facilities are very grand. This is my first time in Shijiazhuang, so I chose this hotel with confidence. First of all, the hotel is in a very good location. It is directly opposite the Hebei Museum and can be seen directly. There is a subway station downstairs and there are many local delicacies nearby. Secondly, the environment and facilities of the hotel also meet the five-star standard. The most important thing is that the service here is really good, and they also took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The noodles for breakfast are really delicious! Let me talk about a few details that impressed me deeply: 1. When calling the guest service, basically the phone can be answered after one ring, and the guest’s surname is called accurately, and the room situation is also very familiar. 2. Milk will be placed very considerately in the evening. 3. The hotel brings its own drinking water, which is very convenient. In short, this stay is very pleasant. I hope to come here again next time.

There are many specialties for breakfast. Xiaohao introduced the characteristics of the restaurant. Xiaoliang gave me figurines. There is also a playground for children to play, claw machines, and the lobby bar environment is very elegant and high-end. Xiaoqin and Xiaojing at the front desk quickly checked in and were very enthusiastic. There is also afternoon tea for free.

The hotel room is quite large, with its own bathtub, quite comfortable, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. There are also many small restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces in the hotel and it is not easy to park.

The hotel is in a good location in the city center. There are two large shopping malls nearby, which is quite convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a museum nearby, which is only a few minutes' drive away. If you stay, you can park for free in the basement, which is quite good. The hotel's reservation depar**ent called in advance to arrange the room and sent fruit. The service is warm and considerate.
