The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, but the service itself is somewhat average. While the team is very sweet and eager to assist, they could benefit from additional training, particularly in room service. The property features a bar and an in-house restaurant, which is a nice convenience. It’s located next to Ward’s Lake, but unfortunately, our view was obstructed by temporary structures nearby. The bathroom, furniture, windows, and doors could also use a renovation to improve the overall experience.

My worst experience ever. I didn't get my refund from them where they and MakeMytrip faking commitment. By mistakenly my dates were different however I stayed at their property being convinced to get the full refund, which should be the case ideally. But they denied it upfront later. It left me nothing but approach the consumer court as amount was more than 5k. Also, they charged beyond basic prices for rooms with the poorest amenities. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is very clean bedroom and bathroom very clean, perfect hotel for senior citizens and young people also, very prime located , walking distance to market, so I would recommend to everyone who wants to visit Shillong please stay at Lake View Inn Hotel.

The staffs, receptionist, security, etc were very helpful. The room and room services was very good. I had a wonderful experience. Its a walk distance from the market. Will recommend to friends, relatives and colleagues.
