Stayed at Hotel Polo Towers, Shillong, and had a good experience overall. The room was clean and cool, which made for a comfortable stay. My room, facing the front, was a bit loud at times, but my friend’s room was much quieter. The breakfast was okay, with a decent selection. The hotel has a nice ambiance and good service. Would consider staying again!

Centre location. Walkable distance to Ward's Lake, Police bazaar, Stadium. Room & Toilet facilities are excellent. Hospitality is excellent. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is nice with good varieties. Had a comfortable stay. Always traffic is heavy surrounding the hotel due to CM's residence nearby. Lot of noise from adjacent Taxi stand. Food is 5 star cost.

Very nice hotel , excellent location , very comfortable in every aspect , lovely welcome with a welcome drink , decent quickness in handling check in with a welcome drink. The room is clean and well stacked. The dining staff was good , so was the food service. The hotel needs renovation and one could experience it in some places , The markets are nearby , traffic is well oiled and disciplined . A lot of improvements are needed as the hotel is ageing and I am sure they will be addressed on time . There was a lot of noise . Overall a good hotel

The hotel is located at the city center and most of the places can be reached within a few minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly and co-operative. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff specially Mr. Subojeet is very hardworking. The food at ginger hotel was delicious

HOTEL POLO TOWER, SHILONG .......PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE...CALLED ON 99867 02889 (HOTEL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE/RESERVATION NUMBER).....VERY RUDE LADY...GAVE ME ASTRONOMICAL RATES WHICH WAS WAY HIGHER THAN EVEN TAJ VIVANTA, SHILONG AND EVEN THEIR OWN HOTEL'S ONLINE RATES!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY DROPPED THE CALL IN THE MIDDLE DELIBERATELY. THE MANAGEMENT MUST EDUCATE THEIR STAFF HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. VERY POOR IMPRESSION WE GOT ABOUT THIS HOTEL!

Very elegant hotel with nice cozy rooms. The staff is also very well behaved and professional. The restaurant is also amazing. Th food wis great ***** with courteous behaviour of staff. All in all a wonderful experience. Will surely recommend people visiting shillong to stay there.
