Mitsui Garden Hotels in Shima

I heard that the morning sun is a beautiful room, but it was a pity that I could not see the morning sun, the morning glow was beautiful. The room, the food, the service, it's truly Amanemu. It was good that there were few people in the sauna and spa, but I wanted to stay a little longer because it was an hour system. In addition, we want to go to stay!

I saw a nice photo of the homepage and decided to this hotel immediately. Lobby, courtyard, pool, corridor... It was a hotel full of exotic feelings that I wanted to take pictures everywhere. Clean, customer service was polite and cozy. However, I felt that it took a little time to see the sightseeing spot. So this time I will be at the hotel and will use it again next year ♪

It was very helpful to use the shuttle service to the nearest station and to Parque Espana. I was especially impressed that they took the trouble to come back to pick me up from the nearest station, even though it was fully booked! There was a large public bath, and the breakfast was more delicious and had more items than I expected. There were no convenience stores around the inn, so I went shopping near the station before heading out, but there was a small shop inside the building. I would definitely like to travel there again, especially when I go to Parque Espana.

This was definitely my best experience at a hotel in Japan. Hotel staff were very courteous and attentive. We were treated like VIPs throughout the stay. Our room was superb, with a great view of the bay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (where can we buy those pillows?). The room was very quiet. In many hotels, you will often hear some buzzing noise of AC (?), but not in this hotel. We particularly enjoyed our time in the guest lounge with a reading room—looking over Ago Bay at sunset and enjoying small but exquisite hors d'oeuvres (the quiche was a killer!). For non-readers, this is a romantic place to look into your lover’s eyes. I enjoyed reading, relaxing next to my husband, who was sipping wine. I couldn’t finish “Karei-naru Ichizoku” so we will come back to finish the book. It would be better if the reading room had a better selection of books both in Japanese and in English--for example, some novels set in ocean resort hotels (I can recommend some), and reading lamps (for after sunset). Our stay concluded with an amazing breakfast. Although it was called “American breakfast,” it came with soup (which tasted great) and a salad (which tasted great, too, and very very fresh—cucumbers tasted amazingly juicy). I have never had a better egg benedict! The hollandaise sauce is flavored with shrimp, elevating the egg benedict to a real French dish. Overall, this is the best place to come when you want to be pampered. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The front desk's customer service was not so good. Maybe they were still new! I wish they would practice a bit more. I had a child with me, so if there were no children's clothes in the room, I wish they would have told me when I checked in. Then I wouldn't have to go and get them every time. If they could just fix that, I think they could provide better customer service.  Please do your best.

We chose this hotel as our first travel destination in two years and stayed here for one night as a couple. We had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were very happy and cheerful, and we felt a warmth that is different from that of luxury hotels in the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and all the drinks in the refrigerator were free. The bath in the room was large and had a view, so you could relax without having to go to the large public bath. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no information about room service. I saw traces of it being used in other rooms, so it may be possible to use it if you request it, but there was no information about the menu in the room. There are no restaurants around this hotel where you can eat casually, and there is only one cafe in the Classic Building where you can get a light meal. It is a shame that you cannot enjoy a leisurely meal in your room, even though you have a suite room. The hotel restaurant is very intimidating, both Western and Japanese, and although you can enjoy alcohol in the lounge, you cannot eat. If there was a good room service or a cafe or deli, I would like to stay for several nights and enjoy the resort atmosphere, but as it is now, I think it will be difficult to keep guests for more than two nights. If this is improved, I would definitely like to return to this hotel.

The facility is really old, but it was kept clean by the staff's hard work with luxurious furnishings, construction and design. There are cheap hotels where the bottom of the bed is dirty, but it was cleaned properly. However, there were many places where I thought it would be nice to wash the facility with a high pressure washer, but I wonder if that is also a taste. The coffee in the breakfast buffet is so sour that I don't feel like having it. Recently, there are many places that use bean grinding machines, so how about changing them?

Stayed with my daughter and daughter ２ dogs and ２ dogs with my friend. It was my first trip to stay with a dog, so I have to start with where I look for an inn first. I wanted to stay in a nice place because it was a hard time. In that sense, it was very good here. Just this accommodation is seasonal and off-season, and there is a terrace construction, and it is reasonable (with 3200 yen breakfast per person, and the price rises when it becomes close) I know that I can stay at １ nights. Really it was scheduled to stay ２ nights, but my friend will return at work and the accommodation fee will rise more than I thought it was a stay in two people instead of three people ２ nights are abandoned. There was a sense of security in the corona folding and staying in a separate building than the hotel. Indeed, the entrance of the inn is difficult to understand from the road, but I managed to notice the entrance when I looked carefully in advance. Just after entering, the road is narrow, so it is hard to pass the opposite car. The room was nice, but the wifi was bad and I moved the room. The photo was taken before moving, so it was another room, but the price is the same. There were also １ dog beds and tableware, and pet sheets were also prepared. However, this is ２, and the tableware is not enough, and the size of the pet sheet is not suitable because it is a large dog. Of course, I have prepared it, so I don't think it is inconvenient. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic about wifi problem solving. I didn't expect it, but I was able to use bath salts with bath supplies, and I was able to enjoy the bath with a non-life feeling. The bath was known as a cat leg in advance, so I enjoyed it without being particularly confused. The weather was not good, but the stay in the room was relaxing. It is necessary to be careful because the foot is slippery when it is raining. The refrigerator in the room is small, so the ice making room is very small, and it is a little unfortunate that the ice I bought did not enter well. But I want to eat my own next time because there are tableware. It was good to have breakfast with sausage, baked bread, and local food. It is convenient because it is also very close to the station from here. I wrote it before, but at the time of reservation, the accommodation fee will be how much per person, but in fact it is the standard of １ room, so you have to be careful when changing the number of reservations on the way. Also, the dog is １ 2,000 yen accommodation fee. The multi headed dog will have a high accommodation fee, but it may be a good place. By the way, the dogs usually sleep in the same room as their daughters, so this time my daughter slept on the sofa on the １ floor. I thought it would be better to bring a blanket in this case. I'm looking forward to it because I can do dog run next time.
