Was happy that hotel location has a good view of the Shimabara Castle. The room is quite big but it is run down with cracks on the vanity sink and toilet conditions need to be upgraded. The WC keeps flushing water continuously after use. In general the whole room needs to be upgrade. The one good thing about the room is the cleanliness. Parking is free but it's about 25 metres away and crossing traffic lights.

The hotel is not far from attractions such as Shimabara Castle and Shishizou. You can walk there, or you can rent a bicycle in the lobby and ride there. There is also a 24-hour free footbath nearby. There is a microwave on the floor, the room is fully equipped, and there is food wrap. City view rooms can see Shimabara Castle.

The room size is very small even in Japan, and the bathroom feels like it's on an airplane. The sound insulation is not good, you can hear snoring from other rooms. The room facilities are too old, the air conditioner is not in use, but it makes mechanical noise from time to time. I tried to cut off the power but it couldn't be cut off at all. Pulling out the room card didn't work, and I couldn't find the power cord. I struggled all night and it was crazy! !

I was fooled by the photos. The electrical outlets were exposed and some of the equipment was worn out, making it a sad room.

I was supposed to be able to see Shimabara Castle from my room, but it was a pity that I couldn't see it. It was nice to be able to walk to Shimabara Castle. The air conditioner was noisy at times.
