有一説一，房間雖然不大，但是很新，也很乾凈很整潔，整體挺舒適。這個價位，值得推薦。
最大的不滿，就是房間很吵，非常吵，相當吵，
每個月都要來常德十來天，也去株洲和岳陽出差，從來沒有住過這麼吵的房間，
一整晚都是轟隆轟隆轟隆，搞裝修的聲音，從晚上11點鐘開始睡，睡到了凌晨三點，怎麼睡睡不着，一直轟隆轟隆，一直吵，一直吵，來火了，然後我又出去走，散散步，刷刷**，轉移注意力，心想玩手機玩的瞌睡來了，應該就能睡著了，結果是我想多了，還是被吵的完全睡不了，除了房間吵了一整晚，讓我整晚衹睡了兩個小時以外，衹有這一點不好，其他的都好。
