nice ambience, walking around 800 meter for mall road. food at hotel is nice if you like home made food. staffs behaviour is very polite and helping. they have arranged vehicle for tour at reasonable price.

We stayed in chaman palace for 2 nights and 3 days overall it was a good stay, hotel is nearby to the many tourist attractions like mall road, kalibari mandir, scandal point, the ridge, etc. We can access all this above places by walk, hotel has a room service, tea and foods available at room at decent prize, cabs can drop u upto ag chowk from there we need to walk 500 metre to reach the property, overall it's a best stay

Poor service Cheap staff Women unsafe experience Worst location Staff cheap behaviour TOTALLY ZERO RATING. I would highly suggest avoiding such cheap property. This hotel is a dent in Shimla's beauty. Please do not trust the 4 & 5 Star reviews. They are fake.

It was difficult to get to the hotel because it is located in very congested place. Room was neat and clean but there was no sunlight/view etc. You can't enjoy the outside views.
