We stayed here as a family of three (three adults, two rooms). It is easily accessible from The Mall and is a great hotel to use as a base for sightseeing in Shimla. The hotel room was spacious enough and the breakfast was good. However, it was unfortunate that the shower temperature was not stable at times. The view from the road in front of the hotel (The Mall) was superb, and from Shree Hanuman Temple, which we took the ropeway to, we could see the Himalayas in the distance.

Property was near mall road, hence transportation or cab drops you at a lower place from which coolie is to be taken to reach hotel. Food was Ok. Amenities are not available and services of receptionist is terrible. Super deluxe rooms dont look even deluxe.

I reached there in morning but the room which i booked by the app was with view. After reaching early the staff said if u wanna checkin you have to take the room without view and we will not change it. No i dont have the images

rooms are small , and all needy things on call like welcome drink and in rooms toilet paper and no luggage carry person from hotel when check in and check out . specially breakfast is included only sandwich , omelate and aloo puri . poor breakfast 😞. no image. we went for holiday.. how can i click of poor management

It was a 5 day pleasant, comfortable and cosy stay at the hotel, the receptionist, staffs were helpful, kind and well mannered. The food is good and more importantly the room is clean and hygiene is maintained. It was a 5 days of comfortable and cosy stay at the hotel. Our stay at the Hotel Shingar was amazing. Food here is very delicious and Raju ji from the team helped and guided us about sightseeing and taxi. It was really helpful in the peak season. The Deluxe AC heated room was perfect for 2 people with good cleanliness. Overall, you can book Hotel Shingar without any doubt.
