We booked a 3-night stay here for our anniversary, were given an upgrade by the staff to the Rudyard Kipling chalet - they even gave us a cake to celebrate! The staff were prompt with their service, knowledgeable & really took care of us with their suggestions & recommendations. We had a Chinese lunch at the revolving restaurant - Good views with a great private dining experience. The breakfast (great kombucha) & Indian dinners we had were superb - every dish we ordered was fresh, made from good quality ingredients & really tasty. The most important thing here was that unlike other mountain hotels/resorts - every single item on the menu was available. The whole property is well looked after - landscaping was on point! A big shout out to the staff who made sure we tried the activities, right from the nature trail to the star gazing. Heavily recommend this place!

Great property with beautiful landscape. Good hospitality and helpful staffs. They upgraded the room for for free and really appreciate that. Loved the star gazing and sunset experience. Loved the swimming pool. Very beautiful structure. Would definitely visit again.

The most beautiful resort nestled in the pine tree forest! The views from the resort are stunning! The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff are very courteous and hospitable. The overall experience of this place was very calm and rejuvenating.

It was very wonderful trip. Loved the cottages, loved the mountain view from the room. It is really a kids friendly property. Loved the food. There are games area for the kids. Solar heated swimming pools. Overall a must stay for everyone. Thanks for wonderful stay

Mesmerizing place & unforgettable hospitality We stayed here for 5 nights. Right from checking in with help from Ms. Kanupriya & Siddhant, everything was seamless. Since we were in slightly lean season, we were immediately upgraded to cottage stay which is premium. Room in itself was magic, with cozy & clean bedding & hygienic. Food & Bev was very well managed by Mr. Raju & his team. They would always go out of the way to accommodate your request & insist on their speciality. Overall very memorable stay with The chalets team. Will recommend everyone & will visit again.

My husband and I came here with our doggie, we LOVED this place. Amazing service, great food and of course gorgeous views. We loved the amenities and activities- it’s a true resort in the fact that you can have a full vacation and not have to drive anywhere. We look forward to returning.

Our stay in the resort was very enjoyable. The facilities were wonderful and people are very cooperative. The food was awesome, Indian menu is great and their lemon tea is very tasty and they offered the wonderful service to boot. Great experience overall.
