Very nice staff , I must make a special mention of the manager Aman Jee. Fancy and clean rooms, staff is always very attentive and ready to help. I had a very good experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice and calm stay. Everything was perfect.

We stayed for 3 nights, premium room with stunning views of the valley. Location and Property: The hotel is conveniently located at a distance of 10-15 mins drive from mall road elevator. The property is clean and the photos on the portal match the what the hotel has to offer. They have an open terrace where you can dine enjoying the views of the valley. Staff: The staff is very courteous and polite, and they took good care during our stay. Dining: This was the amazing part if they stay - they server good buffet spread and took amazing care of our dietary needs (Jain food). Kudos to Mr. Rajkumar Chandel and the team in dining. I highly recommend this property for all types of groups.

Very pleasant stay with family. Kids enjoyed playing in the activity area Good dining facility. Parking area is available. Lift accessible. Room service and housekeeping giving prompt service. Very good experience.10 mins from MALL ROAD and room views are mesmerizing.

Room were upgraded to executive when check in and the room was sooo beautiful. Staffs were friendly. Very beautiful view in the executive room. Raj Kumar at the restaurant were polite and take good care of us. The training staffs at the restaurant (couldnt ask the name) working on 5th March were very helpful and do not seem to be trainee . They did a marvelous job! Overall my family was very happy with the service. Will visit again!

Hotel food was very beautiful with lush green trees surrounded ,it was the best experience,food was delicious with very good service by all staff, It was a wonderful experience with snowvalley resort All over the best the collection is center of market
